I am struggling to see where, in Doug Ellis Upper, they propose to put rail seats. I very much doubt that anyone has been consulted who sits in that area.

As we saw at Spurs last season, the rail seating results in people standing on the seats, thereby blocking the view of those behind them.

Not if the section is at the back... The rail seats are bolted up for league games, so you can't stand on them (if that's the version they use).

Will be interesting to see as the ones at Spurs were able to be folded down and the idiots climbed on them. Maybe it was because they weren’t supposed to be in standing mode.
