Great article, however the price increases give me massive cause for concern. I moved to the upper Holte, and whilst not in the centre of the stand I can see my seats being victim to the zone simplification. Additional to this is the fact that the concession categories will also be reduced. Having a 14 year old will lead to an increase, and a now 16 year old will almost certainly be classed as an adult. Bracing myself for a massive hike
I’m disappointed that we seem to be about to be “shaken-down” by the club with season-ticket price hikes. No doubt the 20k+ “waiting list” has hastened this decision. Got to say,after the dross we have had to suffer over the last decade and more,it seems loyalty isn’t a two way street at the Villa. Bayern Munich have shown how it COULD be done,shame we cane follow suit. I won’t be paying a lot more for my season tkt next season,seems this could be the end for me,I’m very sorry to say.

I understand the need to increase ticket prices as they have been very reasonable for years. The need to kick on to the 'next level' inevitably leads to fans required to pay more.
Getting hit x3 over to some fans though, does seem harsh. With the waiting list as it is (Billions I heard!) they know someone will snap those up either way.
